2. What data we collect
- Contact and booking details you submit through our forms: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, requested tour or transfer type, travel date, number of people and the content of your message.
- Technical information necessary for the website to function, such as basic device and browser data (see the Cookies Policy below).
3. Why we process your data
- To respond to your booking requests and inquiries and to arrange the services you asked for (performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one).
- To communicate with you about your booking by email, phone, WhatsApp or Telegram.
- To meet our legal obligations, for example accounting requirements where a service is purchased.
4. How your data is shared
Form submissions are delivered to our team by email and through a Telegram bot notification. We share your details only with the drivers, guides and venue partners directly involved in delivering your booked service, and only to the extent needed to provide it. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
We keep booking correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up questions, and afterwards only as long as required by applicable law.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). To exercise any of these rights, write to Krakowinsider.tour@gmail.com.

1. Services
Krakow Insiders arranges private tours, guided experiences, local activities and private transfers in Kraków and surrounding areas. The details of each service — duration, meeting point, inclusions and applicable venue rules — are confirmed individually before the booking is final.
2. Bookings
A request submitted through the website, WhatsApp or email is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed once we have agreed the date, scope and price with you and you have received our written confirmation.
3. Cancellations and changes
You may cancel a confirmed booking up to 24 hours before the start of the service for a full 100% refund of any amount paid. For cancellations made later, or in case of no-show, the paid amount may be retained to cover committed costs. We will always try to reschedule instead of cancelling where possible.
4. Weather and third-party rules
Outdoor itineraries, particularly mountain trips, may be adjusted for safety depending on weather conditions. Visits to museums and memorial sites are subject to those venues' own admission rules (identity checks, bag size limits, dress codes and entry timeslots), which participants must follow.
5. Participant responsibilities
Participants must provide accurate personal details required for admission tickets, arrive on time at agreed meeting points, and follow the instructions of guides, drivers and instructors. Age restrictions (for example, the 18+ requirement at the shooting range) are strictly enforced.
6. Liability
We select experienced, licensed partners and maintain high safety standards. Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service, except where a broader liability is required by law.

1. What we store
This website uses a minimal amount of locally stored data, strictly for functionality:
- Language preference — your EN/PL choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site opens in your language next time.
- Widget state — whether you minimized or closed the introduction video widget is saved for the current browsing session only.
2. Third-party content
The embedded Google Maps view of Kraków is loaded from Google and may set its own cookies according to Google's policies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. If you prefer to avoid this, you can block third-party content in your browser settings; the rest of the site will keep working.
3. Managing stored data
